Poultice Massage

A massage to work away sore, aching muscles with its invigorating and deeply releasing properties. Each area of tension is specifically targeted with the unique Amber and Quartz poultice to dissolve knots and ease tensions.

Massage and Scrub

A warming salt scrub is applied to either the back or the whole body with gentle exfoliating movements to rejuvinate the skin. You will then use the shower to remove the salt scrub efforltessly as it dissolves under the water, leaving you with intensly soft skin. After your shower a soothing massage is then carried out leaving your body feeling nourished and moisturised.
